Product Information
We can make our solid brass nameplates in any size and are 1.5mm thick, all items are made to order so please get in touch if you would like something a little different. You will receive a FREE PROOF before production to ensure you are happy with the design of your engraved brass plaque, if you have any specific design requirements we will be more than happy to accommodate them - do get in touch with us if you'd like to discuss your ideas.
Lettering is deeply engraved into the surface of the brass and then infilled with black paint for ultimate legibility – our pricing includes unlimited engraving
Fitting
Your plate can either be supplied drilled, with a set of brass screws or supplied without holes.
Cleaning and aftercare
4memorialbench name plates are crafted from the finest solid brass, which can be cleaned with a polish specifically for brass, such as “Brasso”. The engraved nameplate should then be wiped with a damp cloth to remove any excess polish from the infilled lettering, before being buffed with a soft cloth.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can i specify what fonts you use?
The choice of font really depends on the size of plaque and amount wording as we have to maintain minimum tool sizes as part of the milling process.
If there's a specific font or style you'd like pop a note on the order and when the design is prepared we'll do our utmost to accommodate,
you will of course get a design emailed over for approval before production begins.
Can you engrave my logo?
Please send a copy of your logo along with details of the plaque size and any other engraving - we'll take a look to ensure we can accommodate it and confirm.
How long will my order take?
Our items are made to order, you'll receive a design of your order to approve within 48 hours (Monday to Friday), once you give us approval to proceed your finished order will take two weeks to produce and send.
How are your products posted?
We ship all over the UK using a parcel company or if ordered with a bench it will be delivered with the bench.
