BENCH DELIVERY 

Lead time for standard bench delivery is from 14 to 28 days depending on the area, please see tables below for more details. If you require your bench sooner than that, we offer express delivery within 5 working days. We can only offer express delivery service to mainland England and Wales, benches up to 1.8m long and orders without the installation service. We may not be able to offer express delivery for benches with complex engraving, but we will contact you if problems arise. If you require your bench for a specific day, delivered on a Saturday or you are outside the areas specified in the tables below (including outside the UK), please contact us, so we can assess our workload and check delivery possibilities. 
If you choose standard delivery and you are in mainland England & Wales, most likely your bench will be delivered by our friendly driver. We will contact you at least 2 days prior to planned delivery date and advise your 2 hour delivery time slot. If requested, we can also phone you on the day, when we are on the way to you. Our member of staff will assemble the bench for you, take it to your chosen location (as long as it is easily accessible on foot and within a reasonable distance from where we can park our vehicle) and take the packaging away. 
If you require delivery on a specific day, please phone or email first to place the order, we will not accept orders for specific day deliveries without prior arrangement.
Most orders for outside mainland England & Wales and with express delivery option will be delivered in conjunction with Pallet Track Network. On rare occasions, we may use Pallet Track Network for orders to mainland England and Wales with selected standard delivery. The bench will be professionally assembled by us and securely strapped by us onto a pallet. We will send you an email on the day when goods are dispatched with your tracking number. Pallet Track Network member of staff will phone you to arrange convenient for you delivery date. You can also phone our delivery partner or us on the arranged delivery day and request estimated time of arrival. Please note that delivery normally takes place from Monday to Friday, unless you paid extra for Saturday delivery. Pallet network service is to "kerbside" only, which is to the nearest point where the goods can be unloaded safely without causing an obstruction for the receiver to check the goods. There is a possibility that the driver may remove the goods from the pallet and take away the packaging if requested, however this is not guaranteed as it depends how much time has been allocated for a delivery slot and if there is space available on the vehicle for the empty pallet.
The delivery charge is non refundable if you have accepted your delivery slot or have not given us 24 hour cancellation notice and we are unable to deliver the goods for any other reasons beyond our control (such as the site is locked, there is no-one available to take your delivery and there were no other arrangements in place).

ACCESSORY DELIVERY

Delivery charge for accessories is either £10 or £36. Please see more information below.
When accessories are ordered with a bench, they will be delivered free of charge and at the same time as the bench. If they are ordered without a bench, they will be delivered within 14 days. The shipping charge applies once, whether you are buying one accessory or multiple accessories. You will receive an email once the goods have been dispatched with a tracking number. 
Treatments, anchors, covers & plaques incur a delivery charge of £10 anywhere in the UK. 
Bench cushions incur a delivery charge of £36 for mainland England & Wales. If you require delivery outside this area, please call us before placing an order.
