The engraving process begins with careful design, where your inscription is meticulously crafted in CAD software. Our team uses your selected font then sizes and spacing it to perfectly complement the size and style of your chosen memorial bench. We decide on the best engraving bit or bits for the machine to use.

 

Precision Machining

 

To achieve the highest level of precision, we clamp the bench firmly in place, ensuring it remains perfectly flat throughout the machining process.

 

Expert Carving

 

The engraving process is performed with one or a number of tool bits, ensuring intricate details and precise lettering. Simultaneously, a fine dust extraction system removes saw dust during the carving, leaving the carved area clean.

 

CNC Router Technology

 

The CNC Router, a computer-controlled router, plays a crucial role in our engraving process. The design to be cut is designed in a vector-based computer graphics program and then sent to the CNC Router for precise execution.

 

The Final Touch

 

After the CNC router has finished working we fine sand the engraved area by hand and use a vacuum cleaner to remove any fine saw dust.
